The distillery has earned Oregon Tilth organic certification, ensuring every step of the distillation process meets organic standards. All Prairie Organic spirits are handcrafted from certified organic #2 yellow corn raised by Minnesota farmers. Meticulously crafted, each batch is distilled in limited quantities to taste, not a prescribed number of times.
Prairie Organic Gin is carefully handcrafted with a blend of coriander, angelica, lemon, cassia and juniper flavors. Herbal fragrances of mint and sage smooth the palette with a long, delicate finish.
