Try a Tom Horan's Pot O’ Gold Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 slices cucumber
- 1 jalapeno, sliced
- 2 oz Old Tom Horan Irish Whiskey
- ½ oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- 3/4 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- Garnish: cucumber slice, jalapeno
Directions:
1. Muddle cucumber slices in a shaker
2. Combine Old Tom Horan Irish Whiskey, St. Germain, lemon juice & simple syrup into a shaker with ice & shake until well-chilled
3. Add ice and jalapeno slices to glass
4. Strain shaker into glass
5. Garnish with a cucumber slice
